These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phjpy platform and all services offered through it. By registering an account or accessing any part of phjpy, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phjpy. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. phjpy verifies age at registration and reserves the right to request government-issued ID at any time.
Each player is permitted to hold only one phjpy account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All bonuses, promotions, and free credits offered by phjpy are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met as described in the relevant promotion terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjpy login credentials. phjpy will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your username and password secure.
All financial transactions on phjpy are subject to verification procedures. phjpy reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals. Minimum deposit is ₱100; minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on phjpy. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjpy ("phjpy," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjpy website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the phjpy Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through phjpy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phjpy's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the phjpy Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a phjpy account. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phjpy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately. Any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and phjpy's internal procedures.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phjpy Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phjpy does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current. phjpy may require you to verify your identity by submitting supporting documentation, including a PhilSys card, driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active phjpy account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phjpy employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phjpy reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.
You may not register a phjpy account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow any other person to use your account. Your phjpy account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjpy login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. phjpy will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to phjpy support immediately.
You must notify phjpy immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. phjpy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You may be held liable for losses incurred by phjpy or other parties due to unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
phjpy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your account is fully activated, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at phjpy's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phjpy reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, contact phjpy support.
phjpy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the phjpy deposit and withdrawal pages.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phjpy does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed phjpy's KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and matching the details on your phjpy account. phjpy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
All transactions on phjpy are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
phjpy is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. phjpy reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.
phjpy offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your phjpy account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.
phjpy reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
phjpy reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be limited to new players, existing players, or specific player segments. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
Each game available on the phjpy Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or from the phjpy help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before you play. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules, phjpy's interpretation of the rules shall be final.
All games on the phjpy Platform that involve an element of chance use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by trained dealers and streamed in real time.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. phjpy will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore any incorrectly deducted balances. phjpy is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.
If your connection to the phjpy Platform is interrupted during a game round, the game round will continue to its conclusion on the server side. When you reconnect, you will be able to view the outcome of the interrupted round. Stakes placed before disconnection remain valid.
Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited on the phjpy Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, providing false identity information, colluding with other players, using automated software or bots, exploiting software errors or bugs, and engaging in any form of cheating or manipulation.
Players are prohibited from colluding with other players or participating in syndicate play designed to gain an unfair advantage. phjpy employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns of collusion. Where collusion is detected, all involved accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
The use of bots, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the phjpy Platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such systems will be immediately suspended.
If you become aware of an error in game payouts, odds, or any other aspect of the phjpy Platform, you must report it to phjpy support immediately. Deliberately exploiting errors for financial gain is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Where phjpy determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, phjpy reserves the right to: close the player's account immediately, forfeit any balance held in the account, void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Once a limit or exclusion is set, it cannot be removed or reduced until the specified period has elapsed. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

All content on the phjpy Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of phjpy or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phjpy Platform without prior written permission from phjpy. The phjpy name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of phjpy and may not be used without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phjpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phjpy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your phjpy account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjpy is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
phjpy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the phjpy Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phjpy implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and phjpy cannot guarantee absolute security.

phjpy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjpy will notify registered users via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
Your continued use of the phjpy Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
You may close your phjpy account at any time by contacting phjpy support. Before your account can be closed, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures). Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
phjpy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phjpy has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your account poses a risk to phjpy or other players.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the phjpy Platform ceases immediately. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from breaches of these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the phjpy Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting phjpy support. phjpy will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith.
