phjpy does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. phjpy shares your personal data only in the following circumstances:
phjpy engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform. These include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, customer support platform providers, and analytics service providers. Your role in security: While phjpy takes data security seriously, you also play an important part. Keep your phjpy login credentials confidential, use a strong and unique password, and contact phjpy support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phjpy's primary operations are based in the Philippines. However, some of the third-party service providers phjpy uses — including cloud infrastructure and analytics providers — may process your personal data in countries outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, phjpy ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. phjpy will not transfer your personal data to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate safeguards.

With your consent, phjpy may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, special events, and other phjpy offers. You can opt in to marketing communications during registration or at any time through your account settings.

The phjpy Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. phjpy does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If phjpy becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with phjpy's data disposal procedures.

phjpy reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. Your continued use of the phjpy Platform following the posting of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
